Talk of, ‘if you want to play the part, you must wear the right costume.’ That’s where I draw my inspiration from and yes, I am ready for those leadership conversations, in and out of season.
Do not allow your anxious thoughts, fears, insecurities and self-limiting beliefs push you in to a corner. Some of them may be imagined, some real, it doesn’t really matter, you can develop capacity to grow beyond their reach.
Let’s talk about them, get them out of your way and release you to your next level of influence.
